By default, Vinsight will warn you if a despatch will cause a stock item to have negative units in stock. We hope that this warning is helpful to you. However we appreciate that not all businesses are run the same way and so, by request, we have included a setting to allow you to turn off negative stock warnings. To do this, use the following link to Advanced Settings > Despatching

The default setting is ‘Show warning with a confirmation’. With this setting a warning will be shown with a button that requires you to confirm that you want to despatch in to negative amounts.
To turn this off select ‘Do not warn’ followed by ‘Save’.
With this setting, no warning will be shown. Vinsight will just draw stock down in to negative amounts.
